The Colle is not a string of automatic moves. It is a compact structure with one serious question: can you make e4 work before Black trades the right piece or blocks the right square? Learn the Traditional and Zukertort setups, drill the Anti-Colle and the open-diagonal trap, then play the positions where the quiet triangle has to earn its attack.
Eight routes cover the Traditional setup, Zukertort bishop plan, early ...Bf5, and the e4 break from both colors. Use the shared board for each SAN sequence; per-move cards keep the neutral marker in this build.

Source position: the moves, tests, and evaluations come from the Colle System guide. Its five tests are preserved with their answers: e4 (+0.04), e4 (+0.33), Ng5+ (+0.00), Qc7 (+0.00), and Nc6 (+0.31).
This 16-position set mixes structural choices, book moves, planned moves, tactical punishments, traps, and endgame echoes. You revisit every Learn route twice, including each guide test. Solve from the board, not from the order: a miss names a legal alternative, while a hint narrows the decision before the answer appears.

Choose any of six board starts and set the bot between 600 and 2500. The coach recognizes the base triangle, c3 and b3 branches, early ...Bf5 or ...Bg4, Black's ...b6 plan, the e4 break, the open diagonal, and the h7 knight check. Review the finished game to connect a decision with its result.
The six starts include the base position, the three seeded book branches, and two guide positions where the bishop or diagonal changes the plan. White and Black receive opposite, observable targets in each one.
